Post Office Launch Strategy -
Event agency Creating Sunshine asked Showplace to find a venue and create a multi-functional facility for a major 5 year strategy launch to all 1000 senior members of the Post Office Management Team. This significant project, from initial brief, was delivered in just 5 weeks.
Supplying and managing all aspects of the infrastructure, Showplace erected a tented village of approximately 3000 square metres in the magnificent grounds of Warwick Castle to house a number of different areas.
The auditorium contained raised arena seating and platform staging which was used for the main presentations. Five themed satellite break-out areas were created for various seminars and workshops. In addition, the large reception hospitality area catered for tea/coffee breaks and buffet lunches.
