Brief: Create three main facilities to complement an ice rink and accommodate up to 20,000 visiting public during a five week period.

• Boot hire room including storage racks, counters and benches.

• Retail restaurant incorporting servery and catering equipment, tables and chairs, power and branding.

• Back of house area for storage and administration.
